Email & Marketing Automation

I have experience with HubSpot from an early role, and in my last role, I worked in Eloqua and involved in all touch points of the automation workflows, creating emails, forms for the website (also tracking form links), campaign canvases (for launch, nurture, event, and drip campaigns), and managed integrations, pick lists, and shared lists. I did not write content, but I was a reviewer and editor. I managed the projects in Asana, and organized and managed external files.

This is an email design standard I created to eliminate banner blindness and have more graphics in the content. I did not have control over length so I blocked up content for readability. Created in Oracle Eloqua and code was updated in Dreamweaver for external publishing.

Product Campaign email

A free samples campaign for a subsidiary with landing pages on the website. There were a series of digital ads using a master file for the banner and ad assets. There are also branded graphics in the body of the email.

My role: Designing campaign graphics and emails; designing the samples giveaway art and print production; creating landing pages, related website live forms and blind forms. For all product email campaigns, data was monitored in Eloqua, GA4, and HotJar.

Product Email Campaign

Printer Space Blog subscriber emails are branded for the blog identity of authoritative, high-value content. This is a B2B practical but colorful and engaging style with an upbeat tone of voice.

My Role: I designed the website blog and developed it with an external team of developers. I created the brand graphics and message style. I developed the clean and practical approach in the email standards for the blog subscribers.

Blog Subscriber Campaign

This email is part of a standard ongoing campaign for a publication. It is sent to subscribers in the metal decorating market (packaging labels for metal cans). Content for the campaign is developed by marketing. I was assigned to rework the cover art into email banners and graphics. This particular email is part of the ads channel promoted through Beer & Brewing Magazine.

Magazine Subscriber Campaign

Colored by INX. Designed by You. Annual can contest. Email designed for a 3rd-party promoter to read large audience of magazine subscribers for the can decorating industry.

The contest event occurs annually. Entrants submit their design files, and actual cans, and are judged by a panel of industry experts.

Role: Designing the brand, graphics, ads, posts, and emails. I also created a "microsite" on the website and during the contest, there are five contest event pages, including the entry form, designed by myself and assistant. Leads processing in Eloqua was also part of my responsibilities. Note: I created the slogan and designed the brand and logo.

Event Email - Can Contest

Email invitation designed for the Elgin Community College Foundation. Animated gifs were not fully supported by all clients at the time (top graphic). Emails at the time were first hand coded and then imported into a mailer. This has an image swap for mobile.

My role: I designed the college emails, but for the foundation, I designed their brand, and I exclusively worked on their internal and direct mail marketing materials.
